About
Born in Ukraine in 1995, Vladimir Kovalchuk (known by his artist alias Shoker) found his passion for graffiti during his teenage years spent in an urban city. His obsession with the graffiti lifestyle eventually led him to the United States, where he was able to expand his horizons and grow as an artist.Although Shoker is widely regarded as a gifted illustrator, he is continually pushing the limits of his artistic abilities through experimentation with fluorescent painting techniques and various types of art installations. In doing so, he is unveiling fresh perspectives on the culture and impact of graffiti and street art in our society. By telling his own creative story, Shoker is inspiring others to embrace this dynamic art form.
