Our condo association had a series of jobs completed by Orlando and his team amidst the worst of COVID. The tasks included repairing sections of damaged and rotten wood, replacing damaged vinyl siding, painting the front and sides of a 3 story-half house to match the other half, and scraping off the rust from the fire escape before painting it. Orlando was incredibly patient and flexible while providing excellent work. He even returned after painting the front of the house to redo some areas where the paint had not dried well, free of charge. We will be inviting his team back to complete more work inside shortly. It's worth noting that Orlando's services were cost-effective compared to other bids received, the work was timely and within budget, and he was easy to work with. Orlando and his team were simply exceptional! After contacting several painters in the area, Orlando was quick to visit us and offer a quote. With over a decade of experience, including the last three years running his own company, Orlando takes great pride in his work and it shows. Their work was swift, of the highest quality, professional and priced just right. In just a few hours, they removed the wallpaper in our two-story foyer, something that my husband had struggled with for days. They arrived early and left late, having completed the entire project, including an upstairs and downstairs foyer as well as a new master bath, within just a few days. Orlando's team was incredibly fast and always cautious to work around us while we were at home, including my husband and I working remotely and my daughter studying for finals. They were mindful to work quietly and left the house even cleaner than before they arrived! We highly recommend Orlando and his company for all of your interior and exterior painting projects. We're already planning on other projects that we would like Orlando to handle, but with this rave review, we worry about being able to hire them again in the future.
