Robert responded to me very promptly and accommodated my schedule to come and give me an estimate for a thorough cleaning of my home. He scheduled the cleaning quickly, and although he couldn't make the first appointment, he called the evening before to apologize and inform me of who would be doing the cleaning. This level of communication made me and my husband feel supported and cared for.
When Tina and Andrew arrived, they were punctual and ready to work. I felt embarrassed that my home wasn't as immaculate as I normally keep it, but they were very understanding and reassured me that I had nothing to be ashamed of. They did not judge me and were there to help.
My husband and I left them to do their work and returned later to find our home smelling clean and looking much brighter. The team had even removed all visible traces of our black cat's hair from our white couch. I looked for flaws but couldn't find any. I am impressed and happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this crew to anyone, even my mother! I'm eager for their return next month. Thank you very much!
