Christos was hired to remove the existing flooring of 1200 sq ft and replace it with new 12 by 24 tiles. Additionally, he painted our common area. The outcome of the project left us content and we believed that the price he charged was reasonable. As we have an upcoming bathroom remodel, we intend to enlist his services once again.

The performance of Christos and his brother was outstanding! We are extremely thrilled with the end result. They removed the previous carpet and installed approximately 500 sq ft of 6 x 24 in tile planks. They were able to complete the task in just three days, just one week after the call.
