Reid Freeman Landscapes

Working with Reid was a fantastic experience, as he proved to be a virtuoso in the field of landscaping. We were in the process of moving into our new house and decided to transform our patio design as well as revamp the landscaping by the backyard and the pool. Reid did a great job of taking into account our budget and came up with innovative ideas to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our property. He was very diligent in managing time and followed through on all deadlines. From beginning to end, Reid expertly directed the project which was completed just in time for our move. He was charming, courteous, and respectful throughout the process, and we look forward to working with him again. Bravo, Reid!

I engaged the services of Mr. Friedman for constructing a fence around my yard. He presented me with a contract specifying the provisions that I had to comply with. Unfortunately, Mr. Friedman did not demonstrate satisfactory levels of professionalism, punctuality, and timeliness. This updated review represents the current state of affairs, as opposed to a previous one which captured only a snapshot of the project progress. It is noteworthy that Mr. Friedman has made some progress, delivering majority of the job. However, the inside trench remains uncompleted and falls below expected quality standards.

To transform my dying backyard iceplant covered hill into a terraced hill, I enlisted Reid and his team. Their daily work was impressive and the results exceeded my expectations. The crew demonstrated great professionalism and dedication, completing the job in a timely manner and leaving my property neat and tidy. Communication was the only minor issue, and improving how I articulate my ideas would be beneficial for future projects. Overall, I am thrilled with the outcome and love my new terraced hill!

I engaged the services of Mr. Freeman to fix the drainage system in my backyard, plant drought and deer-resistant vegetation, repair the irrigation system, and set up yard lighting. The project was underway for approximately six weeks, which was appropriate for its scope. At the outset of the job, Mr. Freeman created a detailed contract outlining the work to be done and its line-item costs for my approval, which impressed me. During the work, I modified some of the tasks, but Mr. Freeman produced a change order that detailed the changes in work and expenses and received my consent. He kept me updated on the work's progress, informed me well ahead of when he would be on my land, and arrived on time. Additionally, Mr. Freeman imparted numerous tips on fertilizing plants, scheduling sprinkler operation, repotting plants, and other horticultural topics. His qualified horticulturist acquaintance advised me on the most suitable vegetation for the several areas in the yard, highlighting plants that were unpalatable to deer, drought-tolerant, and attractive to birds and butterflies. The work's quality, including the materials used and the craftsmanship of the structural fixes and plantings, was outstanding. In summary, Mr. Freeman fulfilled the contractual obligations with respect to costs and work. He finished the job in the agreed-upon period with the agreed-upon costs, and I was pleased with his and his team's conduct and the outcome.

As per my wife's suggestions on various flowers, Reid installed a splendid garden in our backyard. Additionally, he incorporated a stunning concrete patio along with a water feature, all of which fit our budget for the project.
