I am delighted to recommend the music duo of John Martinez and Susan McCasland, Colonel, USAF, Retired. They provided exceptional music at the biennial reunion of the Chambley AB Alumni (1954-1967) held in Albuquerque, NM from 10-24 October 2018. The highlight of our event is always the reunion banquet dinner, where the duo delivered a stunning performance. They played traditional military music, including service songs, MIA/POW ceremonial recognition, and posting of the colors. "Chile Pi" also provided dinner music and played during the closing ceremony. I strongly recommend 'Chile Pi' for future social events and military reunions. Their professionalism is unparalleled, and I am grateful for their terrific work. We were fortunate to have selected them in our process. Undoubtedly, the most excellent combination in Albuquerque is "Chili Pi"! Their performance of 60's and 70's music was outstanding, complemented by their authentic attire, making them a tremendous success. Numerous people queered me about the band, and I happily informed them about "Chili Pi." They were astounded that such a highly skilled group was available in Albuquerque! Needless to say, everyone adored their music! They are also versatile and can play other genres of music as requested. Hopefully, I can book them again for the following year. Sincerely, Sue T.

Chile Pi has performed at our brewpub on multiple occasions, always drawing a large crowd and proving to be delightful collaborators. Given the opportunity, we highly recommend booking them!

For a corporate conference in Albuquerque, I made reservations for Chile Pi to provide dinner. As my group is quite sociable, I ensured that the music I arranged was suitable for the background. Unfortunately, the evening was met with an unexpected enormous thunderstorm that happened while the dinner was taking place outdoors. Consequently, John, Susan, and their equipment which were also present were thoroughly soaked. Despite this, they managed to maintain their positive attitude, wiped everything off, relocated indoors, and promptly restarted the performance, albeit with a delay, thereby entertaining our guests. Their harmonious voices were an excellent source of entertainment for the group, offering a mix of music for those who wished to mingle in the background and those who wanted to appreciate the show actively. Much appreciation to John and Susan for their splendid performance!
