Working with Sandra was a delightful experience. She displayed exceptional attention to detail and had an intuitive sense of our preferences. The bouquets and arrangements exceeded our expectations, and were absolutely stunning. However, on the day of the wedding, there were a few hiccups. Sandra was unable to make it to the hotel where we were all getting ready, which left us without any desirable bouquets in our "getting ready" photos. While she did arrive at the church, there was limited time to set up, and we had to lend a hand to get everything in place. The lack of assistance made us realize that Sandra would benefit from having an additional team on the wedding day. We even had to assist in post-ceremony decor removal and at the reception. Despite the exceptional work, amiable attitude, and pleasing behavior, we must rate Sandra four stars due to the need for support on the actual wedding day.
