Their product selling approach was highly detailed, providing me with a sense of safety and security. Moreover, they commenced and completed the job within the designated timeframe. The level of service offered was exceptional.

An "estimate" was requested but never provided. They should notify customers that speaking with their "Salesman" may take up to 2 hours. A pleasant gentleman arrived, spent 45 minutes measuring and working in his car, and then approached me with a suitcase. When I declined a presentation, he thanked me and prepared to leave. I inquired about the estimate, but he informed me that they do not provide a physical document. During his visit, he had already explained the gutter guard system and the difference between K 9 and half round gutters. Despite this, I still did not receive an estimate. Thus, both parties wasted close to an hour, resulting in a lose-lose situation - I did not receive an estimate, and he did not secure any business.

Without a doubt, I will circulate the business card! All American Gutterman performed exceptional work (all by himself!). Upon request from my brother-in-law, who is a realtor, he worked on the house located across the street from us.
