Working with Devon was an exceptional experience. He not only assisted us in replacing our entire roof, but he went above and beyond by contacting our home owners insurance, as they were delaying the claim process for our leaky roof. Devon's team provided complete aerial views of our roof to ensure no areas were overlooked during the project. My past experiences with contractors have been unpleasant due to careless errors resulting in additional expenses for custom builds that are not refundable. However, Devon's company and crew took responsibility for any issues and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend Devon's company for your future endeavors.

Over the weekend, my roof experienced a severe leak and of all the numbers I dialled, Bullard Exteriors was the only one which connected me to a real person. To my surprise, it was none other than the company's owner himself, Devin. First thing on Monday morning, Devin was at my place to investigate the source of leakage and ensured that the problem was fixed before the next rainfall. The price charged for his quality services was within my budget and Devin was professional throughout the whole process. Delightfully, he completed the repair works promptly. There is a genuine sense of care and responsibility in the way Devin treats his clients' homes as he would his own. I wholeheartedly recommend Bullard Exteriors for any exterior needs and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

In brief, my insurance claim was almost denied until Mr. Bullard came and re-examined the roof with the adjuster. Afterwards, my claim was approved, I received a check and the roof was replaced promptly. The aerial images of the roof taken from a drone were impressive. Without a doubt, Bullard Exteriors is the go-to for any roof damage.

Late last night, I contacted the company and received a prompt response. Their associate, Bryan, was dispatched and arrived punctually. He provided me with before and after pictures, which I greatly appreciated. Being a first-time homeowner, I was uncertain about the overall cost, but I felt it was reasonable. Bryan was honest and didn't charge me for any work that wasn't necessary. I'm incredibly thankful for his services.
