Although she initially responded promptly, she abruptly ceased communication before we could discuss the scope further.

Our communication began in December 2020 regarding her hiring. Initially, she was very responsive, answering phone calls, texts, and engaging in a video conference. She offered to assist me with the new PPP and EIDL opportunities once they became available as I had not received any funds the first time around. She demanded upfront payment, which I fulfilled, thinking that she was experienced and could aid me. However, as the weeks passed and the sole proprietor's two-week window closed, I repeatedly tried to contact her to no avail. Eventually, she stopped responding altogether. Unfortunately, all PPP funding opportunities have ended, and my banker disclosed that he could have accessed the funds for me at no cost. Despite my trust in her, she has not returned the money she charged me, and I am left without any PPP or EIDL funding. My level of disappointment is beyond description.

What is the reason for the “3” item restriction? In my humble opinion, she definitely exceeds the criteria with “5” items or even more. Despite not being the initial person I contacted, she promptly responded to me and even accommodated my out-of-town schedule by arriving at her office earlier than scheduled. This level of dedication and service is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond. She is absolutely outstanding and provides excellent customer service.
