As a trained expert in Self-Defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I possess two esteemed World Rankings in BJJ and have created a unique fighting fitness program that caters to those wanting to lose weight, learn self-defense skills, or simply get in shape. Understanding the individual is paramount, and I take great pride in customizing an engaging educational experience that meets their specific needs.

My personal accomplishments include a Master's degree in Science Education, serving as a Teaching Fellow for the National Science Foundation, mastery level in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Self-Defense, certified Nutritionist and Consultant, World Ranked Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self-Defense Instructor, Wellness Coach, and over a decade of Martial Arts experience. I am also the creator of Self-Defense & Wellness for Women Empowerment in Los Angeles.

I have previously collaborated with Mike Tyson and his company to develop nutrition programs.
