Hi, I'm Cornell Mctier and I hold a master's degree in clinical exercise physiology, along with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a minor in wellness. My mission behind establishing Meta-Fitness was to cultivate a space that promotes the welfare of our valued clients. Our philosophy is based on the principle of "Self-love is Self-Improvement," and we welcome everyone, regardless of their athletic background, occupation, age or physical condition. We offer an extensive range of services, which include personal training, athletic training, HIIT classes, semi-private sessions (couples training, nutrition coaching, fitness assessments, etc.). Meta-fitness has been an amazing experience for me. Initially, I joined the group classes, which were incredibly intense. Cornell, the owner, is fantastic at introducing a diverse range of exercises every session to keep things exciting and engaging. The gym has excellent equipment that Cornell maintains in pristine condition. Four months ago, I began personal training sessions, and thanks to Cornell's expertise and enthusiasm, I have lost sixteen pounds and two inches from my waist while reducing my body fat by five percent. Cornell is well-informed and passionate about what he does, imparting knowledge on tracking micronutrients, macronutrients, and calorie intake to catalyze desired results. I strongly endorse Meta-fitness!

Cornell is the best trainer ever! In September of 2022, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was undergoing radiation. Years of overworking and an unhealthy lifestyle had led me to this point, and I needed help to turn my life around. Cornell was incredibly sensitive, empathetic, and strong as he expertly helped me devise a plan to begin my weight loss journey and steps toward optimal health. This plan integrated exercise and fitness, tracking macros daily on an app, coaching, support, check-ins, motivational and inspirational talks, and much more. His caring heart, passion, and dedication to his clients are unmatched as he goes above and beyond to help them reach their fitness and diet goals. After just a few months, I've lost 20lbs, feel stronger, empowered, and my diet and nutrition are the best they've ever been. I've had many trainers throughout my life, but Cornell is truly one of a kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone, whether you have a few pounds to lose or need help changing your entire life around. He's the man to help you, and you want him on your team! I feel very blessed to have him guiding me in my health and fitness journey!

Metafitness has the best gym facilities and exceptional trainers. My experience of 11 months has resulted in commendable progress as compared to years spent at another gym. Cornell always ensures a productive workout session and inquires about your dietary preferences, keeping you on track. My husband has also started attending the classes and has lost over 30lbs already - from not being an avid fitness enthusiast to now not missing a single day at Metafitness.
