He charged me a reasonable flat fee that included the cost of materials, but the job could easily have cost far more.

Although he deserves all five qualities, the app only permits the selection of three. Nonetheless, he responded swiftly, offered an affordable price, expertly outlined the necessary job scope, and behaved in a highly professional manner. I will not hesitate to enlist his services again in the future.
