This was my inaugural experience using CrackerJack. After submitting my electrical problem to two different companies, Foster Electric was the first to respond - within 12 hours, in fact. The scheduler called me back promptly and we arranged a date for them to evaluate the issue. On the day of the appointment, to my pleasant surprise, the electrician called ahead of schedule as they had an unexpected time slot available. After appraising the situation, they advised that they could handle it immediately, and so they proceeded to do just that. The issue concerned a treadmill that was malfunctioning every time we tried to use it in our bonus room upstairs. The team was able to install new wiring to develop a new power source from the switch box, and although it was complicated to feed the wires in, they did a fantastic job and caused very limited damage to my walls. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with their service and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Foster Electric comes highly recommended by me. Though our task was relatively uncomplicated, their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. The electrician arrived on schedule, was pleasant and meticulous in his work. Additionally, he took the initiative to discuss prospective lighting projects with us, providing valuable advice.
