Working with Aaron was an excellent experience! Although I couldn't be present at my rental property during his scheduled visit, I provided him with instructions on how to gain entry into the house. Aaron was able to promptly identify the issue as a malfunctioning Amazon sensor and had replacement parts readily available. Additionally, he made adjustments to the door to ensure proper closure. I found his pricing for fixing these problems to be quite reasonable, and the fact that he came out the day after I submitted a request on CrackerJack was also impressive.
