On a Friday afternoon before the 4th of July weekend, my AC unit gave me trouble. The condensation level was extremely high and the secondary pan was filled with water, triggering the sensor and halting the unit's operation. I initially contacted another company who suggested that I replace my AC unit as it was old and irreparable, quoting over $7,000. Unhappy with their diagnosis, I decided to call Chris instead. Within 30 minutes, Chris arrived and identified the issue, shaking his head when I relayed the previous company's advice. Chris was honest and provided a reasonable quote for the repair, which he completed expertly. An additional fee of $125 will be charged for any service performed. In my case, they installed a nest for me. When I realized that the heat was not turning on due to the cold weather, I tried contacting them through messages and calls, but they did not respond. Also, the heating and cooling system does not function properly, and they do not seem to answer their phone calls consistently. I plan to take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
