On a Friday afternoon before the 4th of July weekend, my AC unit gave me trouble. The condensation level was extremely high and the secondary pan was filled with water, triggering the sensor and halting the unit's operation. An additional fee of $125 will be charged for any service performed. In my case, they installed a nest for me. When I realized that the heat was not turning on due to the cold weather, I tried contacting them through messages and calls, but they did not respond. Also, the heating and cooling system does not function properly, and they do not seem to answer their phone calls consistently. I plan to take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
