Bryan is a unique individual in his own class, as he displays rude and arrogant behavior. I was searching for someone to apply epoxy to my garage floor and spoke with him along with a few others. Although I ended up selecting another person due to their pricing being over $400 cheaper, I kept my word and informed Bryan of my decision. He then agreed to match the other person's pricing, which persuaded me to hire him. However, I now regret my decision since he did not show up on the scheduled day and instead arrived the next day. During the job, he played music with profanity, which I had to request he lower the volume. While he did an acceptable job on the garage floor, he created a mess in my driveway. He even had to come back and fix a mistake he made when working on my neighbor's driveway, and his behavior was unpleasant towards me and the neighbor. Bryan runs his business with an unnecessary level of arrogance and disrespect. He did not even show gratitude to me for referring him to my neighbor, and my garage now has excess epoxy flakes that I must clean up. I will not use Bryan again or recommend him to anyone since he is not worth the effort. I now regret not going with my initial choice and having to deal with this situation, which has been a frustrating experience.
