Our Turpin Landscaping ponds and pondless waterfalls are highly-regarded featured stops on the Water Garden Tour, and we host an annual barbecue event here at our tranquil Coatesville location. In 2016, we raised an impressive $17,000 for the Chester County Food Bank, and our cumulative contribution to date is over $97,000!

After contacting him, he expressed interest in taking on the job. He even requested that I send him pictures, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, he has not responded to me since. Despite sending him follow-up texts, I have yet to hear back from him. This is an incredibly disappointing level of service.

Someone from Turpin contacted us about our landscaping needs and we discussed wanting a privacy tree line around our property. After they provided a price in line with our expectations, I requested a written quote. However, I was informed that they would need to visit us in person to provide a quote and would charge us $300 for this service. This was confusing as other companies had provided in-person quotes for free. While Turpin's work may be exceptional, I cannot justify paying $300 for an estimate.
