At In-hOhm Yoga, previously known as Colorado Thai Massage, we provide private yoga instruction and Thai massage. Our private yoga sessions cater to individuals, couples or small groups of any skill level. We tailor the practice to your needs and goals.

As the sole provider of in-home Thai massage, bookings fill up quickly. Unfortunately, we do not cater to last-minute requests. Our soonest availability is usually a few days out.

Thai massage, which has been in practice for 4,000 years, takes place on a Thai mat on the floor. Loose and comfortable clothing is recommended. This ancient massage technique is a crowd favorite and is highly recommended for those who have not experienced it before.

Private yoga instruction has always been the original way to learn yoga, and for a valid reason! Our yoga teachers can focus solely on you during the sessions, allowing us to understand your unique needs and preferences. If you enjoy group classes, private yoga will undoubtedly enhance your practice.
