Erik accepted the job and agreed to the pricing, committing to finish it over the weekend. Despite his promise, he failed to show up for six weeks citing various excuses such as a broken phone and another job. This left me in a dilemma as I had turned down other contractors. Unfortunately, I have to start afresh as Erik did not deliver as he had promised.

I engaged Erik and his team to assist in the demolition of my garage, but obtaining the necessary permits turned out to be a daunting task in the city. However, Erik was diligent in overseeing the process and regularly apprised me of any developments. I also enlisted their assistance in demolishing my kitchen, and they executed the task with great care, keeping dust to a minimum and ensuring that the area was impeccably clean afterward. Erik was truly impressive! Despite numerous challenges caused by scheduling conflicts and inclement weather, we managed to successfully demolish a 90-year-old shed thanks to him. It was well worth the wait! Erik had a massive dumpster delivered the day prior to commencing work, and upon arrival, he began operating his front loader. He was able to level the shed in a matter of hours, but the real work came with the cleanup. Erik single-handedly tackled the job and worked tirelessly sun up to sundown on the first day and eight hours on the second day, demonstrating true professionalism and excellent customer service throughout. This made the experience utterly enjoyable from start to finish, with the highlight being the appearance of a drone. Erik, you are a rockstar, and we couldn't have done it without you. Thanks!
