United Seattle was hired to fix two poorly done bathroom remodels. Throughout the entire process, communication was strong and effective between Alex, Rus, and ourselves. Their work exhibited great quality and a commitment to achieving a successful outcome. It was evident that they prioritize producing excellent work. The only challenge was the unexpected permitting issues we encountered, but United Seattle handled these obstacles with determination and professionalism. Rus and Alex provided an excellent professional contractor service for a cosmetic remodel of two bathrooms. At the initial appointment, Rus measured everything and took photos, and within a few days, he provided an itemized bid on professional online software. Rus later revisited the site to go over the bid in detail to ensure that everything was covered with no hidden fees and responded in a timely manner to all inquiries. Alex undertook the remodeling work, explaining every step along the way and answering all questions. He acted efficiently and silently, finishing the task, which included demo, flooring installation, vanity and countertop installation, electrical and plumbing hook-ups, in under three days. He also made sure to put protective coverings on the floor. While the project was being done, Rus sent Mark, a qualified electrician, to tackle a problematic electrical outlet. Mark was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, fixing the GFCI issue in less than 15 minutes. All the work done was carried out as planned, and the results were beyond expectation. Rus and Alex earned their five-star rating, and we would gladly consider them for future projects. Their service was so satisfying that we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Russ and his crew were not only cordial but also highly productive, and they delivered an excellently refurbished bathroom within a reasonable price range. Collaborating with them was a delightful experience, and I would advise them to anyone in need.
