Our recently remodeled kitchen is an absolute dream come true, all thanks to Kanna Construction & Remodeling. Unlike other contractors we interviewed, Kanna stood out from the rest. Sean, the co-owner alongside his wife Kimberly, visited our home to provide an estimate, which sealed the deal for us. Sean's extensive experience, enthusiasm, design ideas, and reasonable prices put Kanna in the lead. Gary, our project manager, was phenomenal to work with. He diligently checked the progress of our remodel every day and updated us on the work schedule and expected progress. Joaquín, our foreman, was also an asset to the Kanna team. His knowledge and ease of collaboration made the experience even more comfortable. We had initially planned for our remodel to be completed in 2.5 weeks, but unforeseen issues with our appliances extended the duration. This, however, had nothing to do with Kanna Construction. Additionally, we did not exceed our budget and did not encounter any surprise expenses or unnecessary sales pitches. Sean and his team's attention to detail and focus on client satisfaction were impressive. In fact, we had an additional window replacement project for two leaking bedroom windows during the kitchen remodel. Sean provided a fair price, and Kanna's team handled the issue immediately. Despite continuously being within a few feet of Sean's crews, as we worked from home, we never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. The professionalism, kindness, consideration, and cleanliness were impeccable. We are now eager to work with Kanna Construction & Remodeling again, having found a reliable, conscientious, and trustworthy contractor.

Sean was our chosen contractor for remodeling our bathroom which turned out to be amazing after his work. He provided us with a competitive price that also included the demo of our built-in hot tub. Surprisingly, it was connected to the whole plumbing and everything needed to be redone. Unlike other contractors, Sean's quote included this job without any additional cost.
