I am writing this because I was contacted by a representative named Nick regarding my inquiry about replacing windows. However, they missed our appointment by almost three hours which was quite frustrating. When they finally arrived, I was met with a pushy and unhelpful gentleman who seemed more interested in picking my brain about my budget and what other contractors had bid on my project. He was unprofessional and seemed to care more about making a sale than meeting my needs or expectations. I ended the call after realizing that he was simply fishing for my budget so that he could work off of that. As a business owner myself, I find this behavior extremely shifty and would not recommend this individual or the company they represent. Despite their potentially great products, my experience with this representative has left a bad taste in my mouth.

After contacting Premier for an estimate, they arrived punctually and were extremely affable and accommodating. We are eagerly anticipating the completion of the work.
