Opting for Bellhops to relocate my furniture this morning was an excellent choice. The movers were courteous, skilled, productive, and maintained positive demeanors throughout the operation, despite the sweltering heat while transporting stuff downstairs.

Bellhops is one of the best choices in the business, and there are many reasons why I have come to this conclusion. Firstly, their level of professionalism is truly impressive; from the moment you set up your appointment, to receiving timely updates and communication from the movers, through to the completion of the job and payment. They operate like the Uber/Lyft for movers. Another winning factor is their pricing. With a rate of $100/hour for two men, they easily beat out most other options in the market, and they don't have the typical two-hour minimum that many movers enforce. Not only that, but they enable you to negotiate with the movers, who are hard-working and professional. They even offer a 15-minute extension to the regular hour pricing, making the entire process more stress-free. My experience with Bellhops' movers has been uniformly positive; the four men that I have worked with have all been professional, patient, and hard-working. Although there is room for improvement with the role of the lead mover (focusing more on guiding the move and lifting heavy items, rather than spending time on trivial tasks), overall they are excellent. Another great aspect of Bellhops is their flexibility; they understand that delays happen, and they are happy to accommodate delays of up to 30 minutes or more. In addition, they are willing to make changes to the moving location at the last minute. All things considered, I am confident that Bellhops will continue to dominate the professional moving market for many years to come.

The day of the job, the captain called 30 minutes in advance to confirm no changes had been made. The two guys arrived ahead of time and walked the job with me before officially starting. Their attitude was great and they were careful with my belongings. They efficiently utilized the limited space in my two pods, fitting everything in perfectly, finishing the job 15 minutes earlier than expected. My mother was impressed with their work and I would hire them again without hesitation. They constantly moved at a great pace and were physically fit for the job. The only downside was that they had to clock in and out, but I wish they could have prorated the cost since I had to approve their time.

Ideal for short-distance moves and providing additional assistance, the customer service offered was both proficient and prompt. On the day of the move, the team consisted of college students under the guidance of an experienced team leader. Their timeliness was impeccable, and they accurately logged their time worked. They were adept at resolving any issues and had the knowledge to carry out the move seamlessly. It's worth noting that their compensation is based on tips.
