Working with Rich during the snowy season was a great experience. He is a kind, dependable, and diligent individual who consistently goes above and beyond in his job.

Our annual family photoshoot with Rich was an absolute delight! As I scoured for photographers, I prioritized three elements: 1) availability (we had only Fri, Nov 26 free as my brother went back to LA on Sat), 2) the capacity to highlight different skin tones (since our family boasts various complexions, it was essential everyone looked great in photos), and 3) location (we favor outdoors for our snaps). Rich exceeded our expectations in every area. He communicated extensively throughout the process; we settled the time and date quickly and spoke several times on the phone to ensure our visions aligned. Rich even scouted out Chatfield Reservoir beforehand to ensure we could capture the majestic mountains, beautiful water and landscape backgrounds. On the day, the glaring sunlight and troublesome toddler resulted in Rich extending our time together to guarantee we had balanced options. Furthermore, Rich's editing diligence impressed me. As he edited, he would send sneak peek photos to whet our appetite and combine various pictures to provide us with stunning options (not an easy task when young children are involved). We were extremely satisfied with the end results and hung many of the pictures on our walls. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rich for capturing our family so beautifully; these stunning pictures will be cherished forever!

Before, during, and after our engagement photo shoot, Rich provided excellent care for both my fiancée and me. Despite our lack of experience, Rich's guidance and coaching made us feel like seasoned models. We sincerely appreciate his efforts and thank him for a wonderful experience.
