The job was done excellently and the response time was impeccable. However, the payment method proved to be a slight hiccup as I didn't have the required amount of money on hand or in my checking account. To avoid this issue in the future, I recommend accepting credit card payments.

If only they had contacted me to reschedule, it would have been okay that they missed the originally scheduled date. Unfortunately, I had to be the one to reach out to them, after which they set up a new date to call me. However, I never received a call from them. Their customer service was extremely poor and it is likely that I would have hired them otherwise.
