Ray is a remarkable person! He maintained outstanding communication throughout the entire procedure. When I experienced a lack of hot water in my solar water heater, Ray promptly identified that I required a new mixing valve. Another plumber suggested that I needed to replace the whole tank at three times the cost. Fortunately, I sought Ray's judgement, and he charged me a reasonable price. Thanks to him, I now have wonderful hot water! I strongly recommend Ray!
