Working with Chef Celine was a delightful experience. She demonstrated excellent communication skills and made every effort to accommodate our needs. I organized an 80th birthday celebration for my mother and it was an absolute joy to have the entire family sit down together while being catered to and having the dishes expertly washed and dried. Celine was informative about the dishes and skillfully served each course, including some unique selections that were new to us such as the unforgettable moussaline. Right from the start, Celine was well-prepared and efficiently got to work. The main dish, Dover Sole, was perfectly cooked but unfortunately, it lacked adequate seasoning and was deemed rather tasteless by everyone in attendance. However, apart from this one small issue, everything else was flawless, and I would not hesitate to engage her services again.

Celine proved to be outstanding as she flawlessly prepared a delectable meal. We were pleased with her attentiveness towards explaining her cooking process when we asked. Without hesitation, I would confidently recommend Celine's services.
