The practice of Reiki is a healing method from Japan that aims to balance the body and address its underlying sources of discomfort. Each session lasts for an hour and also includes intuitive messages tailored to your energy and body. In addition, I am available for intuitive guidance sessions to support you on your path to wellness.

My life has been completely changed since working alongside Kristen. Even though I had a good diet and exercise routine, I lacked knowledge on how to enhance my strength or shed the excess weight.
