I would not advise using this service. The service provider did not show up even after stating they would between 3:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. I messaged them repeatedly but received no response despite them being marked as online. Their conduct was highly unprofessional. My husband had to take time off from work to be present. Although I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, they could have at least contacted us to cancel.

Lloyd proved to possess extensive expertise regarding the resolution of our AC predicament, successfully carrying out all of the necessary repairs whilst also providing recommendations aimed at optimizing efficiency.

Lloyd's performance was outstanding! At 5 PM on a Friday, our AC stopped working, but he arrived within two hours and installed a replacement unit the same night. He worked until midnight to guarantee that our three young children had a comfortable weekend with air conditioning. I strongly endorse his services.
