Attic baffles were installed by the company we hired as it was discovered that our intake air was obstructed by batt insulation. We couldn't eliminate the insulation, as it would result in too much wind; thus, we opted for baffles. The customer service was exceptional, with constant communication, and the owner was willing to educate us on a variety of details. Prior to commencing the project, they were very responsive to all questions and offered a free inspection, staying afterwards to answer questions and provide rough quotes for a few other possible projects. Although they acknowledged that they may not be the most inexpensive option, they made it clear that they prioritize good quality and service. We are content with the outcome of this project and plan to utilize them for future insulation requirements.

To safeguard a sizeable section of an uninsulated pipe that had burst due to the Christmas deep freeze, U.S. Home Services insulated a segment of my roof and attic. The staff at the front desk and the technicians were amicable, and once I had scheduled an appointment, the installation of the insulation was prompt.
