Although Yasiel is a pleasant person, his workmanship is subpar. I engaged him to renovate both my townhouse and office, but the results have been dismal. His inadequacy was evident from the start when he proved incompetent in vinyl laminate stair installation. The stair noses were haphazardly glued, and it is only two months since they came apart with three missing completely. The floors are also lifting in several sections and lack enough caulking in other parts. To my dismay, the office has the same issues of lifting floors. Although I would have loved to give him a good review due to his congeniality, unfortunately, his poor work quality makes it impossible. I texted him images of the lifted sections, but he has not replied. The cost of fixing everything has now become more expensive than if I had opted for tile initially. It is a big letdown.
