They did an excellent job by arriving on time, wrapping all of my furniture, and handling my walls and possessions with care. Recently acquired some furniture from the local area. My spouse was responsible for removing our previous furniture and installing the new pieces. Two nightstands were particularly bulky and he encountered difficulty carrying them up the stairs. In the late afternoon, I made inquiries and received a response from a highly rated professional within five minutes. He was confident in his ability to complete the job efficiently and offered to come over that evening. Although he was slightly delayed, he communicated this with me via text message, hence it wasn't an issue. He also assisted with moving a few other items to protect my spouse's back. The service was executed politely and respectfully without any damage to the walls (which was an achievement in itself). Therefore, I would rate it with an A+.
