We provide high-quality, professional listing photos and 3D walkthrough tours. Our showing service is available 7 days a week, from 8 am to 8 pm, and we send weekly reports. Our tenant screening process is thorough and includes a credit profile overview, rental verification, employment verification, nationwide criminal and eviction search. Owner draws are sent via direct deposit by the 10th of the month, and we provide monthly detailed financial statements. We conduct detailed inspections and provide a report every six months.
SERVICE GUARANTEES
- Eviction Guarantee: We cover court and filing costs up to $2000 if a tenant we place must be evicted.
- Leasing Guarantee: If a tenant we place does not fulfill at least 9 months of the lease agreement, we will re-lease the property at no additional cost.
- 21 Day Guarantee: We guarantee that we will lease your home in 21 days or less, or your first months management fee is free.
