I engaged their services to fix the screen of my Surface Pro. They exhibited great responsiveness and professionalism.

I asked for a replacement glass screen protector for my iPad Mini 4 and had it done at the iTouch Repair booth located in the Thrift store. My task was to remove the cracked screen protector, clean any remaining glass, and install a new one that I provided. During the one-hour job, I took advantage of the convenience of the store and shopped around. The replacement was expertly done, and it has withstood my toddler's mischief. I am grateful.

I had a delightful experience with this crew. They proactively reached out to me after I submitted a CrackerJack inquiry, and they were the only store that responded. Their communication was superb, as they kept me in the loop about their search for the correct part for my PC. They even called me to discuss my options for ordering, repair timelines, and more. Not only did they receive the part ahead of schedule, but they also called me to schedule the repair and came right to my door to pick up my computer. The following day, they delivered it back to me. After I'd had a chance to test everything out, they called to finalize the payment and inform me that there was a 90-day warranty on their work. It's now been a week since the repair, and everything is working perfectly. I would absolutely seek their services again!
