The Murillo family came to my rescue when I needed help cleaning my oven. Wendy and her sister put in two hours of hard work using high power grill cleaner, steel wool, and scrapers to remove the baked on grease from the entire oven. Prior to their help, I had spent five hours using EZ Off Grill cleaner, but it had not made much of a difference. It was clear that the oven had not been cleaned since it was manufactured in 2017, which was surprising since the rest of my apartment was in pristine condition. Even the landlord was surprised, as he had hired a cleaning company after the prior tenant moved out. I shared DB's card with him, and he plans to enlist their help in the future. The Murillo family is the most hardworking and professional cleaning service I have ever encountered. Though they quoted me $50 for the cleaning, I gave them $100 as a token of my appreciation for their exceptional service. I will definitely rely on them for any tough cleaning projects in the future.

Wendy is an expert in her field. I made an effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and I thought I succeeded until Wendy tidied up my place. The change was astounding! I now plan to invite her over more often. Her exceptional service is available at a very reasonable rate.

Our deep clean was excellently done by Wendy. Despite our limited availability, she accommodated us and demonstrated remarkable attention to details. Her creativity was also impressive as she turned our TP into an amazing flower and made our bed. We highly recommend her services!

On Sunday, November 28th, I had arranged for a cleaning lady to perform a thorough clean of my rental house before I handed over the keys. Unfortunately, the cleaner did not do a satisfactory job, and it was only at around 2pm that I realized I would have to finish the job myself. Luckily, my husband found Wendy on CrackerJack, who generously agreed to help us out. Wendy and her partner Anita were kind enough to come to the rental house on their day off to assist me. Wendy communicated with me throughout the process, and despite a language barrier (English is Wendy’s second language), we got along well. Wendy inspected the property with me, pointed out the unfinished tasks of the previous cleaner, and proposed an affordable price to complete the job that evening. Unlike the previous cleaner, Wendy and Anita arrived with their own equipment and tools, and were willing to use a step stool that I provided. They were incredibly thorough and efficient in their work, ensuring that no dust or debris was left behind. They even exceeded my expectations by redoing some of the things I had already cleaned, like the sliding glass door. Wendy and Anita were professional, pleasant, and speedy throughout the job. Anita was fantastic with the appliances, even removing a stain on the electric stove that I could not clean. I am grateful for their dedication to their work, which enabled me to hand over the keys early without any concerns. Further, my move-out assessment was exemplary. I highly recommend Wendy and Anita for any home-cleaning job. They are delightful ladies, and I will undoubtedly hire them again in the future.

Their service was exceptional and timely! We requested a complete home cleaning as we are selling our house, and they were able to schedule us within 72 hours. Compared to other companies, their rates were reasonable, and they delivered excellent service. They shampooed our carpets, deep-cleaned all surfaces, swept, and mopped our hardwood floors, and made our bathrooms look good as new. It was exactly what we had anticipated!
