A carpet was needed for the new addition and stairs, and a request was made on a Friday at 6pm. Within 10 minutes, Fred, the owner, responded and drove out to provide samples and a free estimate on the same evening. His pricing was highly competitive, and he was prepared to perform the task in a few days. Later that night, he sent a written contract outlining the project's particulars. Fred was very flexible with our scheduling and communicated effectively, quickly addressing all of our calls and texts. On the day we agreed on, the team arrived promptly and were courteous and professional. The padding and carpet were expertly installed, and they even vacuumed and cleaned up before departing, asking us to examine it before leaving. Overall, Fred and his team earned an A+++ rating for their excellent service, and we would love other contractors we work with to be this pleasant and helpful.
