Mike is truly an admirable person who managed to repair both my furnace and gas fireplace in advance of winter. He not only clarified the steps he took to fix them but also advised me on the necessary upkeep and DIY solutions for my humidifier that was causing leakage on both my furnace motherboard and fireplace to ensure that I don't face similar problems in the future.
