Greetings! I go by Elmer Frias and I'm an experienced property manager in Southern Florida. I've worked in the field for over 15 years, with 8 of those years focused on management. Specifically, I specialize in short term rentals and have been a superhost since 2015. By providing exceptional service while staying ahead of market rates, I keep both guests and clients happy.

To assist me in providing the best service possible, I use professional tools such as dynamic pricing software, a channel manager for booking platform integration, and property management software for efficient operations.
