The experience with Austin was exceptional. When potential buyers of my home requested a roof inspection, the roofing company they hired insisted that I replace 2/3 of the roof which was only 10 years old due to some broken tiles. Based on the positive reviews I had read, I decided to reach out to Austin. Despite it being the weekend, he agreed to review the inspection report and pointed out that the suggested repair from the other roofer was unreasonable. To my relief, Austin followed through on his promise of attending to the situation the following Monday. He evaluated the roof and confirmed that only minor repairs were required. Furthermore, he spoke with the buyer's agent and explained the need for the alternative approach, which ultimately led to an amicable solution for all parties involved. The work that these guys did was unbelievable! They lifted my roof on stilts and completely replaced an entire wall. I have never witnessed such a remarkable feat before.
