Juan and his team provided a refreshing experience! They had to fix the issues caused by Barker AC (Bryan) and did so with punctuality, thoroughness, and professionalism. Not only were they polite, but their pricing was also affordable, and they even offered a senior discount. I regret not choosing Royal first instead of the previous group (Barker)!

Positive aspects: Juan was punctual and responsive even with limited notice. He successfully repaired my air conditioner on a scorching summer day, which I appreciate. Negative aspects: However, he significantly overpriced the parts. Charging $125 for a part that costs only $11 and $65 for another that also costs $11 is unreasonable. Although I understand the need for profit margins, charging ten times the cost is excessive. Moreover, despite my repeated requests, he failed to provide me with a receipt or invoice.

Juan and his brother are exceptional! After providing a complimentary estimate for our ductwork, they outdid themselves the next day. In addition to fulfilling their promise, they discovered a disconnected and exposed vent and resolved it. I strongly urge their services.

The work and response were superb, and the produce provided remarkable value. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone without hesitation!
