The video production took longer than promised and even getting the raw footage (which was only 9 minutes in length) was a disappointment. Despite my hopes to relive the day through the speeches, that was not possible. It was also difficult to receive responses from the company, but eventually, I did receive the video. Although there were some minor color issues, I hope they will be rectified. In terms of value for money, it's worth it, but don't expect too much. The response time is the main issue, but the highlight video turned out well. If you can exercise patience and remind them, then it's worth investing in their service. Regarding the process, I am unsure if it's just the videographer or a team, but I must highlight that I liked the individual they sent. Two guys showed up, and they were polite, easy-going, and fun to work with.
