Gheorghe was a lifesaver when the shower pan drain in my mother-in-law's bathroom failed. I reached out to him through CrackerJack and within hours we had a financial agreement. The next morning, Tile Toplevel crew arrived at our home, took measures to protect the work area, and began the demo. They were experienced and skillful, making it easy for them to remove and replace the shower pan. I was thrilled when they came very close to matching the tile to the existing design, which I didn't think would be possible. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and even explained the damage in some areas that couldn't be repaired without replacing the entire shower surround. They blended it in well with grout and did an excellent job with the cleanup. I was impressed by the overall attitude of everyone we met or spoke with from Toplevel. One of the crew even agreed to drive 30-45 miles to install a bottom threshold sweep, which I never expected. The premium we paid was worth the expedited service beyond our expectations.
