Although I initially planned to give a better star rating, my enthusiasm has waned in light of recent developments. Three months after the project was completed, I observed some cracking and leaking. I contacted Deigo and he asked me to take a video, which I did, and I sent it to him along with photos. Unfortunately, he has entirely vanished and has not returned my calls or messages. I believe these issues should not have arisen three months later, and the unresponsiveness of the service provider is concerning. Additionally, we experienced a few problems during the project, which were blamed on communication errors. However, I believe that addressing these issues efficiently and thoroughly is essential.

Every requirement I had for repairing my water damaged ceiling was met by Carlos and his team. They were the first to respond and provided an estimate lower than any other competitor. They negotiated a time for the job, completing the work after another job at 6:00 and finishing at 9:30. The work done was beautiful and neat, with all dust cleaned up before leaving. I am exceptionally pleased with their service.
