The technician who arrived at my house was Alex. He arrived ahead of time, was courteous, and accommodated all of my requests. Alex was an excellent representative of his company and went beyond my expectations. I am pleased that I opted for their services to clean my ducts and dryer vent. He also removed a large bird's nest, which saved me from spending more money. I highly recommend this company.
