Our experience with getting our carpets cleaned for our rental house moveout was fantastic. LaVonte was responsive to our request, provided a thorough consultation for an accurate quote, and completed the job flawlessly. He was professional, friendly and patient with our questions and moving items. Our decision to choose Glow was a great one and we were extremely satisfied with the service we received. LaVonte's job was wonderful, and he was a delight to converse with. He was punctual, prepped all the equipment right outside the house, and even waited until the agreed-upon time to ring the doorbell as he was polite. He paid great attention to detail and inquired about any specific demands or preferences. He meticulously eliminated all the stains I pointed out to him, resulting in my couch appearing brand new!
