On a Sunday night at 9pm, I visited Thumbtack not anticipating any response until 9am the following day. However, to my amazement, they promptly replied and accommodated all my requests, including moving boxes from my basement to the upstairs garage - in addition to removing junk. Their cheerful and professional demeanor left a lasting impression, and I will certainly utilize their services again when in need of assistance!

The experience of collaborating with Junk Boss was fantastic. Initially, we encountered some challenges with coordinating our pickup and determining a feasible schedule, yet Rodolfo exhibited exceptional patience in addressing our inquiries and resolving any issues. His initial quotation was prompt and equitable, and he communicated his pricing structure effectively.
Upon finalizing the logistics, we discovered that the accumulation of junk exceeded our original submission through the picture we provided, but before commencing the collection, Rodolfo verified that the increased expenses were acceptable.
