Joe's exceptional work on our piano has resulted in an astounding improvement in sound quality, which has been a great source of inspiration for me to play more frequently. Having neglected my 55-year-old Chickering grand piano (5'8.5") for over 30 years, I sought out the services of piano technician Joe Powell, whose skills proved to be exceptional. His services comprised of servicing, lubricating, cleaning, and tuning the piano twice, resulting in it playing and sounding almost new. Joe also offers a warranty on his work, which includes $25 visits for any future issues. Should a problem arise, I will seek his evaluation once more.
