It was not only the exceptional cleaning outcome but also the remarkable customer service that made me feel appreciated and respected. With utmost professionalism, they delivered pure perfection. My carpet looks and smells as if it were recently installed. I am overwhelmingly grateful for their work.

We have availed their services multiple times for various properties, and we are extremely content with the outstanding quality and the overall experience of working with them. Initially, we were worried about the numerous stains, especially at a rental property, but their work was truly remarkable; the carpets appeared almost brand new. It was easy to schedule an appointment that suited my schedule, and the communication from Team Carpet Care was clear and informative. Andrew arrived promptly and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets - all the stains and spots vanished! One thing I didn't expect was to be advised to vacuum the carpets beforehand. Fortunately, the rental property had recently undergone a professional cleaning, including vacuuming, so I was able to skip this step. Overall, I had a positive experience and would be happy to work with Team Carpet Care again in the future.
