My approach to yoga involves a systematic and intelligent sequence that promotes a sense of groundedness, tranquility, and renewed strength. Based on my background in anatomy and Iyengar yoga, my focus centers on fundamental anatomical alignment.

My aim is to help individuals realize the benefits of integrating the mind, body, and spirit. Unlike other exercise disciplines that primarily focus on the physical or musculoskeletal systems, yoga offers a profound opportunity to connect the mind and spirit to movement and muscles. Witnessing these transformative benefits in my clients is a great source of joy for me.
